Send us a video of where you find math in the real world and you could win a FREE DVD set from any of the courses offered in our curriculum. (Thats a $200 value--absolutely free).

Just upload your video to the AskDrCallahan group page by June 30, 2009 and you could be a winner! Winners will be notified via Facebook, so you need to be a member of the group (and Facebook) to play. Also, our winners will be featured on Facebook, in our newsletter and on the AskDrCallahan website!

Rules and Regulations

1. AskDrCallahan and its subsidiaries are not responsible for any injuries, death, or property damage resulting from the making of the videos.

2. AskDrCallahan and its subsidiaries are not responsible for: incomplete, lost, late, damaged, scrambled or misdirected entries or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, which may limit a user’s ability to participate. AskDrCallahan reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud destroys the integrity of as determined by AskDrCallahan in its sole discretion.

3. All entries will cntinue to be used by AskDrCallahan and AskDrCallahan will retain the rights to use them.

4. Employees and families of AskDrCallahan and its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

5. Scholarships will be assigned to those who have been identified as winners.

6. Winners will be informed at the close of the contest if they are a winner, and if a player is identified as a winner, what prize has been won.

7. Winners will be allwo to chooose which DVD series they choose. Winners will receive their scholarship prizes via mail after the contest has completed and winners have been verified. Taxes and delivery fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. AskDrCallahan and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, losses, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize.

9. Acceptance of the scholarship offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, worldwide in perpetuity, without future compensation, unless prohibited by law. Scholarship winners will be required to verify address prior to awarding of the scholarship. Entering the contest is considered a confirmation of eligibility on behalf of the enterer in accord with these rules and any pertaining local/federal/international laws.
