Geometry

Geometry is a mixture of logic (Euclidean geometry) and a practical understanding of the world around us as related to shape, size, and position. Basic knowledge of geometry applies to anything we do in the physical world, from calculating the square footage in a home to finding the positions of the stars. All things related to lengths, areas, volumes, and angles are part of geometry.
